What does the $197 per month cover?

The core service covers the follow-up system itself, including the agreed lead follow-up, customer reactivation, and review-request workflows that make sense for your business.

What is the $99 setup fee for?

The one-time setup fee covers onboarding, mapping the workflow to your current process, initial configuration, testing, and launch preparation.

Are messaging or phone costs included?

Third-party messaging, phone-number, carrier, or similar usage costs can vary by setup. Any applicable costs are disclosed before launch rather than hidden inside the monthly price.

Do I have to replace the tools I already use?

Usually no. The goal is to work around your current process whenever practical. If a particular system cannot connect cleanly, we will tell you before setup.

Is this a good fit for a brand-new business?

Sometimes, but not always. If you only receive an occasional inquiry and can easily remember every follow-up yourself, you may be better off waiting until lead volume grows.
